"Tucson"
Tucson, nicknamed the "Old Pueblo", is one of the oldest cities in Arizona. From 1867 to 1877, the town served as the capital of the Arizona Territory. A blend of the old and new can be found in Tucson. Today, the city has become unique blend of the Indian, Spanish, Mexican and Anglo heritages that created it. The name Tucson is an Indian word meaning "village of the spring at the foot of the black mountain".
